This policy covers safebiter.com and the Safe Biter MCP server at
https://www.safebiter.com/mcp. It was last updated on October 23, 2026.
Lookups select public inspection records and return them on the map, in a table, or through an MCP tool. Account and email details are used only to recognize a signed-in visitor or to send an alert that person requested. Logs and analytics are used to operate the service and to see which pages are used.
The person who operates Safe Biter can see the data above. The site is hosted on Vercel. Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap. Google receives the analytics measurement and, if you use Google sign-in, the sign-in itself. Inspection lookups are not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
A tool or page lookup is not stored as a profile of you after the response is sent. The public inspection dataset is kept so the site can answer later requests, and it is replaced as cities publish new records. An account lasts until it is removed. An alert email lasts until you unsubscribe. The host keeps connection logs and Google keeps analytics under their own retention settings.
You can use the map and the MCP server without an account. You can unsubscribe from alerts with the link in a message. You can disconnect the connector in your assistant. There is no separate Safe Biter account required for the public tools.
